I put in 2 different views. This one is from the foyer as you walk in the front door. Some of you may remember this was my formal dining room that we never used. I've been working on turning it into a
living room/sitting room.
I'll put a little tv in here to give another place to escape to when my sisters are over to visit. The big camel back linen sofa still needs it's double welting glued on, and I've decided to distress the white wood a little. I started at the bottom but still have a long way to go.
This view is from the little sunroom off the kitchen. My huge, beautifil, aqua rug is gone...long story. So I'm looking for something to just sort of soften the floor. Still trying to sell the little oatmeal linen love seat you can see in here. I wish I had a place for it!
The drapery panels are outdoor fabric I got from Fabric.com. Miss Mustard Seed has some like it...I think... Or, her's might be the indoor drapery fabric. I just loved the idea of the blue when I saw her's.
Well, I'll let you know when I ever finish it. lol
But I do like it so far.

Kelly it's beautiful! It looks like you are off to a great start. I too love those curtains...have eyed that at JoAnns, but my blues are in a different shade. All your slipcovers look so good! I myself am in the middle of working on 2 slipcovers for 2 wingback chairs.
Have a great weekend!!
Hugs,
Victoria
Looks perfect. I love it. Such a lovely room. Hugs, Marty
Great job is really using a space as you need it. We don't have a dining room either. We use our room as a sitting room and truly sit in there and talk. We call it family time after dinner. After some time talking, Hubs and I go our different ways for the evening.
Kelly, your living room is just gorgeous.
Hi Kelly, Your living room looks so beautiful. I love the way you have all your pictures hanging! They look gorgeous. Everything looks so pretty.

Your room is so pretty! Love the drapes and they do remind me of MMS. I have always loved that fabric. I really love your round coffee table. I would love to find a round one on CL!
I love the chairs and your drapes! Such a beautiful space. Your floors are stunning, also! Looks like a room I'd escape to :)Michelle
Kelly, I really love your room. It is so calm and peaceful. The blue fabric in the curtains is really nice.

Looks beautiful! I've been trying to decide if I wanted to recover some furniture in neutral or a white fabric. I love that you have both..and it works. Great job.
Have a great weekend, Lynea

It looks great. I know I have said this more than once... but I would give anything if we lived closer. I know we could get into some fun together !
Forgot to say how much I am loving your baby bedding, so pretty. I will keep you in mind the next time I need some .
Kelly, I love the way this room looks. What a nice little retreat. The sofa is grogeous!! Thanks for sharing.
I can see myself relaxing in there. It is such a beautiful room!
I LOVE how your sofa turned out. I want to search craigslist right now to see if I can find one with the same lines. I thought that drapery fabric was the same as mms :). Blessings, Kim
As soon as I saw this room, I thought "Miss Mustard Seed"! I think it's the curtains. :)
The furniture is beautiful. It's going to be a wonderful room.
Kelly, your room looks so cozy and inviting! And even before you got to the part about Miss Mustard seed I was thinking she had drapes like yours. I posted today about the slipcover you made for my little stool! Just in case you want to check it out ~ thanks again. I love it. Now if you were only closer to do my other slipcover projects...
:)Heidi
Hi Kelly, Yes I do love the fabric you used on your living room window panels...blue of course! I will post these 2 french chairs that I'm going to have reupholstered. Wish I lived near you, would love for you to do them. Anyway, I picked a blue velvet chenille for the upholstered back and slipcovered seat. I just need to find a contrast for the skirt, arms and ties. YOur beautiful work has got me inspired!
