You can see in the picture that these two chairs are very different in size.
I didn't mind though, as long as they were covered in the same fabric.
I wanted a matching set of wing backs for the room.
I got the dandelion fabric on sale from Fabric.com. I used some of my white denim for the pleated skirts.
I kept the same creamy ivory curtains panels.
I thought about using white to match the background of the chairs, but when I put the chairs in the painted room with these... I knew I had to keep them up.
I painted the walls the same color as my dining room (you can see in my sidebar) because the two rooms extend into each other.
I'll show the way they're layed out one day WHEN THEY'RE FINISHED! Sheesh! It's taking forever!
The paint color is called "Innocence" by Behr from the Home Depot.
Oh well, one room at a time.
I can't wait to finish this one.
Hope you come back to see it!

Gorgeous slipcovers! I especially love the mini knife pleats! Fun fabric for a sunroom!!!
I love how you made the chairs look the same, Kelly, by using the same slipcover. I love them and the little ruffle/pleat skirt! Isn't anyone ever really done? : )
Your chairs look fabulous! Great fabric and I like the touch of your pleated ruffle. I would not have know that the chairs were different sizes until you mentioned it. Your sun room is beautiful. Everything ties together so well. It's loveley!

I'm so impressed with how you can just "whip up" slipcovers. The chairs look beautiful.
Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, girl you are good! I love this so much!!!
Those chairs are absolutely ADORABLE! I LOVE that fabric and never would have imagined that it would make up that cute. I'm dying to finish my project but the house is TORN apart...all new baseboards and carpet tack and carpet being installed THIS minute in three bedrooms and the family room. Can't wait to move back in.
You constantly amaze me with how many projects you do. Do you ever sleep?

Kelly, I adore the wing-backs. (IF I owned them, I would call them 'my fraternal twins'.) BEAUTIFUL JOB as usual!!!!!! -Brenda-
I was just looking at that fabric in green, I love it in yellow though! The two chairs are perfect in a sunroom, great work!
These look so current and welcoming. I see so many mismatched, let's face it, ugly wing chairs. You did a fantastic job.
Oh my goodness. I would have never guessed they were slipcovered. They look so perfect I would have assumed they were upholstered in that wonderful fabric. Great job! I love the white denim along the bottom.
Hi Kelly,

I luv wing back chairs, do they even make anything more comfortable? I'm so glad I found your blog. Your slipcovers are a work of art in themselves. SO how did you learn to make slipcovers? I'll keep reading, hopefully I'll find the answer here. Thanks for sharing your work.
Your sunburst chairs sold me. I'm your newest follower! Love it!
